★ The Introduction of Commissioning ★Think and discuss your ideas of what you want before coming to commission me officially! I don't mind if you'd like to discuss it with me beforehand, but only pay me, after you are absolutely sure of what you want drawn. Think of the options of the commission you'd like, the OCs or Sonas involved, the ''type'' of the commission and the details you'd like including expressions, poses, and canvas size! So that everything can go as smoothly and as correctly as possible in your request of commission!
Make sure you have a proper reference of your character with clear, visual details! 1-2 Reference sheets is highly preferable for proper business conduct of the Artwork!''If you change your mind about the type of commission or any specifics, please inform prior of Artwork being in placed into ''Sketched-process'' found within your placement on ''Client Queue'', please.''
Above all else, Please be patient.I will update you of process of your expected commission in ''Queue''.Gentle Warning to Clients whom ''check'' on Commission Status
If you contact me too often, I will give a warning. If given a second while I remain in touch with you, I will unfortunately will inform you that this will seen as a form of unethical behavior of not recognizing boundaries. Upon further mannerism after the second warning, results will conclude in a refund and client being blocked and blacklisted.★ Payment ★
• Payments are upfront, Art will start until payment is fully paid.
• Payment plans are only available for amounts over 200$ USD.
• Payment must be made within 24 hours. (We discuss payment plans)
• Failure to pay will result in making you lose your slot.
• Payments are done via Paypal.
Payment will be through Invoice, Only.You will not be added onto my Client Queue until Payment is completed.★ Rights of Creator ★
• I retain all original rights to my Artworks which can include promoting such examples for my Commission Slots on my Site, etc.
• Personal Usage of my Brand is Allowed; including as: Social Media Icons, Banners, Gallery but all given with my credit, etc.
• Credit to me as the Artist is a Requirement.
• You may not utilize my work for AI-generated content of I will blacklist you and block you.
• No Editing, Stealing, Tracing, or Plagarizing of my Artworks.
Do not use my Work to be utilized as your own Branding.★ Cancellation & Refunds ★
• I do not give refunds after your art piece is completed.
• Full refunds can only be requested if I haven't started yet on your commission.
• I reserve the rights to terminate any commission and issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done due to harassment, improper conduct, poor communication, threatening or if your OC of choice is stolen thus, I reserve the right to proceed to adding you to the Blacklist from further Art services by me.
• Any forced refunds/chargebacks without notice will get you blacklisted and blocked.
• Adoptables; custom or not; are not refundable, once you bought it, refunds are not debatable.-------
★ I will refuse to create Artwork containing: ★
• Zoophilia, Babyfurs, Vore, Beastiality, any Extreme Fetishes and NSFW content.
• Hateful Themes of Violence towards a Real User/Individual or Group.
• Non-Consenting Underage Engagement or ''Suggested'' Rape Themes.
• Extremely Muscular or Armored-Characters.
• Political-influenced Themes.★ Terms will remain until further notice. Respect these Expectations. ★
